Verification labels ("Verified," "Developing," "Monitoring," etc.) represent probabilistic confidence assessments based on available information at a given time. These labels are not statements of fact and may evolve as new information emerges.

All content is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

4. Not Financial, Legal, or Professional Advice

9. Request Verification Service

Subscribers may submit claims, links, or topics for verification review. Requests are reviewed and investigated when feasible, subject to editorial discretion and available resources.

No guarantees: USAI Media makes no guarantee regarding turnaround time, publication of results, or scope of investigation. Requests may be declined if they lack sufficient sources, require inaccessible evidence, or pose legal/ethical risks.

• Reliance on inaccurate or incomplete information

In no event shall USAI Media's total liability exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for access to the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless USAI Media from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration (Optional)

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This clause does not preclude parties from seeking provisional remedies in court to prevent irreparable harm.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Jurisdiction & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Section 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction).
